I work in Customer Marketing and Martech Operations within Inspire Brands’ Global Capability Center, coordinating work across India and US teams. My role spans CRM, Loyalty and CMS-related execution, covering campaign programming, offer workflows, content operations, QA alignment and the cross-region operating rhythm needed for multi-brand consistency.Across GCC, product-based and consulting environments, I’ve worked on digital and event-driven campaigns, lifecycle programs and data-driven engagement setups. I’ve been involved with platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap and Resulticks, along with ecosystem tools like Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Branch and mParticle particularly around data flows, channel integrations and behavioural triggers.My experience includes supporting initiatives across healthcare/pharma, banking, retail, auto, hospitality and restaurant sectors.
