The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) delivers health and social services to the Cree population of Eeyou Istchee in northern Quebec, across nine communities- Supporting the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of multi-site healthcare information systems- Working with clinical, administrative, and social service applications across the organization- Collaborating with teams in both urban and remote northern communities, including field work in Chisasibi- Assisting in business process analysis, functional specifications, and implementation of new IT solutions- Contributing to technical documentation, system monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.Currently in onboarding and knowledge transfer phase, with growing involvement in production activities.
