Transitioned product teams to several versions of TFS and eventually to ADO. Led end-to-end automation for several product teams using TFS and ADO. Enforced documentation of best development practices which include automated SonarQube scans, peer to peer reviews, merging policies, agile development, integration testing, smoke testing, regression testing, unit testing, automated security scans, reporting, logging, and proper exception handling. Instrumented monitoring, alerting, and displaying for on premises and cloud applications some of these tools included Custom build APIs, Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure App insights, and Azure Alerts. Upgraded product teams through several versions and patches of Sitecore 8,9.01, and 9.3. Currently working on designing upgrade to Sitecore 10. Delivered features for the Visual Interact Voice Response system known as VIVR including the soap service upgrade. Designed first Blue-green deployment for on-premise and Azure Cloud applications. Re-engineered cloud deployments to accommodate architectural changes, allow for multitenancy, and to reduce deployment time. Extensive experience supporting production turns and outages. Lead the initial launch of Adobe DAM on Adobe Managed cloud. Primary functions included tracking deliverables, enforcing early green-light adoption, making architectural decisions, and enforcing best development practices. Redesign unified login for all member portals using cloud native design principals and Forge Rock reducing latency and increasing cloud security.
