As a product manager at Qualtrics I have the pleasure of collaborating with top data scientists, I-O psychologists, industry experts, and software engineers to build the best tools for our customers. My career journey has been anything but a straight line path. After spending some time in healthcare as a biomedical technician I gravitated towards the tech space and transitioned to a technology analyst role with Accenture. Throughout my time at Accenture I was blessed to wear many different hats including system admin, business analyst, Python developer, and more. The variety of experiences allowed me to hone my skills both on the technical front and in developing client relationships. More recently as I manage an exciting part of the Qualtrics platform I\'m leveraging those very skills and experiences to deliver products that help industry leaders grow their business with better XM.I owe the majority of my career\'s success to the lessons I\'ve learned in servant leadership on the basketball court. Coaching high school basketball requires a sublime level of interpersonal skills as you interact with students from all walks of life. Within basketball I have a special passion for shooting development and utilizing implicit learning techniques to perfect the athletes\' motion.
