In my current role, I lead quality assurance efforts for learning management platforms supporting medical professionals, with a primary focus on **SimCapture Cloud**. I’m responsible for ensuring system reliability, performance, and user satisfaction through comprehensive testing strategies that span front-end, back-end, and cloud-based components.My work involves **functional, performance, and user acceptance testing**, as well as deep **API validation** using Postman and SoapUI. I also use **Datadog** to monitor system behavior, analyze trace and API logs, and proactively troubleshoot performance issues—significantly reducing client escalations and downtime.I manage **test documentation in Jira**, oversee **GitHub pull requests**, and maintain an organized QA infrastructure to streamline collaboration across teams.
