About Rafid Mirza
I am a student at the University of Virginia with a major in Computer Science. I started coding in High School, and have loved it since. I enjoy learning about new technologies, solving technical problems, and combining the two to build software. I am passionate about Full-Stack software engineering and ML/AI. I have had previous experience with Full-Stack engineering through classwork such as Advanced Software Development and my previous internship at SkyIt Services, and I have had exposure to ML/AI through personal projects. My careers goals after graduation are to gain experience in software engineering and then pursue a Master\'s in CS. I enjoy solving technical problems, and have had experience with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies through previous coursework. Additionally, I enjoy learning and applying new technologies, like programming languages. For example, Java, Javascript, Python, and C/C++ are all languages I have learned and applied. I am actively seeking a summer 2023 internship. These skills and interests that I have will be a benefit for any internship this upcoming summer!
