I\'m Rafi Glantz, a Financial Advisor and Investment Professional with Eveready Financial! I focus on helping individuals and businesses optimize their investing, insurance, legacy planning and tax efficiency strategies. I like to think of us as Google Maps for money - you\'re still driving the car, but we\'ve got live maps and directions, and we\'ll redirect you in real time if you take a wrong turn so that you still get where you want to go!Living in Israel for 11 years, regrettably I shied away from planning for myself because it felt intimidating and foreign to me and I didn\'t know who to trust. Now that I\'m on the other side of the table, I work to help as many Israelis in the USA as possible so that they won\'t have to feel the way I did and won\'t suffer the consequences of not having a plan.After my experience with accessiBe, I also feel called to help families affected by disability achieve and maintain financial security through Special Needs Planning. This is an area that is far too frequently overlooked and I\'m proud to be able to make a difference for families.As a former IDF Search and Rescue Combat Medic I was deeply affected by October 7th. I founded Tourniqaid shortly after that tragedy to ensure that every Israeli bomb shelter has a tourniquet and every family is prepared. I also volunteer with Nevut as the NYC Chapter Leader, helping other IDF Lone Soldier Veterans get mental health treatment, find meaningful employment and find a supportive and understanding community after their service.Some fun facts: I love dogs, training Krav Maga, playing the guitar and reading. My favorite fiction series is The Expanse and my favorite nonfiction book is Extreme Ownership.I try my best to integrate the principles of Extreme Ownership into everything I do because I experienced this type of leadership in the military and aspire to replicate it for my own benefit and to better serve the people around me.
