About Raffi Kotikian

The thread through all of my experiences is: taking complex problems and making them manageable. I\'m a product manager who\'s spent the last 15+ years building solutions in automation, robotics, and healthcare. I started as an engineer, which taught me to think about what\'s possible, but I quickly realized I was more interested in figuring out what should be built and why. What I think makes me different is that I\'ve done this across really different environments. I\'ve been at Amazon Robotics managing workstations in fulfillment centers, at Omnicell working on robotic pharmacy systems, and at places like Athenahealth dealing with data governance. So I\'m comfortable whether it\'s hardware, software, or the messy intersection of both. I\'ve also led teams that were local, remote, offshore—whatever the situation called for.I\'m good at talking to engineers, talking to customers and their operations people, talking to executives, and translating between all of them. I push for clarity and I\'m pretty relentless about using data to make decisions rather than just opinions.
