   Key member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. My role was to identify and attract top talent, and I worked closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.One of my key responsibilities was to coordinate and organize recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives. These events were a great opportunity to build relationships with potential candidates and provide them with an inside look into what it\'s like my daily work.In addition to these responsibilities, I was also responsible for providing support in the full-cycle recruiting process, including offer letter generation and candidate communication. I worked closely with the HR team to ensure that all candidates were treated fairly and with respect, and I helped to create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
