My first long and invaluable experience in Software Design has enabled me to actively participate in every development phase of an application. My initial experience as a Tester has given me a deep knowledge of all software modules and to gain the necessary mentality in this field by actually performing this role. In practice I deal with all the involved sectors, services, development, commercial and lastly with clients. Subsequently I undertake software development for both client and web modules up to taking care of the installation and training. Then, thanks to gaining these thorough competencies, I work alongside the commercial team, taking care of the pre-sale and post-sale phases and of customer care. Also important is the assignment of the role of responsibility of the project (Program Manager) running a team of various people and having direct business contacts with both clients and national sales. I\'ve participated in various research projects alongside other companies and university institutes. In 2009, I joined the international team as QAS (Quality Assurance Specialist). Thanks to my high attention to detail, my natural precision and my flair for coordination and planning, I take care of various aspects in the QA field, the planning of case and use case tests, the progress of the test plan and the execution of critically considered tests, coordinating these activities with international teams located throughout various European countries.
