I\'m responsible for developing secure and diversified private income streams through compelling supporter journeys for all levels of donors to meet the financial needs of LAV. In particular, I\'m in charge of developing multi-year fundraising strategies and annual plans that build a broad base of support and promote predictable income in a cost-efficient way, setting and reviewing investment and revenue targets.
