I sign up for ETA tours as Tour Manager whenever I have got a chance as they are providing amazing Travel Experiences to North American Groups through out Europe.My Tour Manager role starts when the groups land until they depart and the goal is- making sure all activities, services and experiences are in place and working smoothly- an unforgettable experience is delivered- working closely with the ETA, suppliers and other tour leaders- taking care of all individuals, their questions and issues they might have- showing them a good time- providing a feedback to ETA on all services booked for the group- finalizing all payments / tips due during the trip
