Main activities and responsabilities:\\\\n\\\\n- Ensure the achievement of KPIs in terms of plant OEE, process yield and cost reduction\\\\n\\\\n- Organize the production of the plant by managing a team of about 40 people on two working shifts\\\\n\\\\n- Define and manage all the production stages of six packaging lines, in terms of times, methods and resources to be used\\\\n\\\\n- Define and direct Maintenance department activities, with the aim of breakdown reduction, focusing on preventive maintenance\\\\n\\\\n- Plan the production schedule, in collaboration with Production Planning\\\\n\\\\n- Work together with the AQ and HSE departments to execute scheduled Audits\\\\n\\\\n- Manage the budget assigned, in order to further new digital and / or automated working methods integration\\\\n\\\\n- Promote medium-long term improvement actions, so as to guarantee a constant growth in terms of volumes\\\\n\\\\n- Actively collaborate with the Engineering and R&D departments for new equipments integration, new lines industrialization and new products market launch\\\\n\\\\n- Propose and realize targeted people development plans, promoting a constant growth of both hard and soft skills\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
