I work at the intersection of business and AI. Through the years, I have developed and applied frameworks and ways of working that aim to embed AI reasoning into organizational culture, align AI experts with business stakeholders across verticals, and enable smooth, scalable cross-functional AI teams collaboration and growth. I presented some talks on this topic to share my achievements that you can find on my profile (if interested to discuss feel free to contact me).I’ve contributed to 4 startups at different stages—from pre-seed (≈$1M) to Series A (≈$50M)—taking on roles ranging from individual contributor to team lead, across product and consulting companies, as well as a university research lab.Along the way, I’ve helped organizations in very different ways: teaching drones to fly autonomously, building cooperative agents to win poker games, and enabling teams to make better operational and strategic decisions through data.I’ve worked hands-on with a wide range of AI approaches—Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, supervised and unsupervised learning—and with diverse data types, including text, images, and time series.These experiences shaped a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship, which I bring to my teams by promoting company values and a healthy culture. I enjoy being the “glue” person: solving problems, supporting others, and acting as a reliable reference point when things get chaotic.
