Perform more than 30+ Right-to-work checks with new hires on a monthly basis. Consistently surpass all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) associated with “Right to Work/Work Eligibility & ID” verification. Collect essential documentation from candidates to confirm their compliance with right to work/work eligibility and identification requirements for their specific country of employment via Workday. Execute verification procedures in accordance with country-specific guidelines, utilizing the required or recommended methods (e.g, email, Zoom calls). Adhere to country-specific directives for secure storage and proper disposal of candidate information, emphasizing our commitment to data privacy. Take lead in initiating re-verifications for Right to Work/Work Eligibility and identification. Collaborate under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Global Immigration and Talent Mobility to conduct audits and address necessary follow-up actions across the NAMER region. Maintain open communication with in-country or in-region colleagues within the broader People and Splunk organization, responding to needs as they arise. Provide regular status updates to recruiters and the Pre-boarding team, ensuring a streamlined process. Collaborated with our Legal team to perform more than 300+ I-9 re-verifications, ensuring our adherence to USCIS guidelines. Partnered with our ServiceNow developer to contribute to designing and successfully deploying a cutting-edge communication framework within ServiceNow for the Right-to-work team. Work closely with my Senior Manager to deliver comprehensive presentations on the Right-to-work workflow to recruiters and senior leadership.
