As a professional committed to unlocking people’s full potential to drive performance, I have held leadership roles with startups that equipped me with expertise in DEI strategy, CSR, digital transformation, organizational development, and change management. My passion for leadership practices and organizational policy has taken me across Costa Rica, Spain, China, India, and Canada, where I have collaborated with professionals dedicated to pursuing their vision. These experiences deepened my interest in the role of emotions in decision-making and inspired me to help entrepreneurs turn their dreams into practical realities. This led me to co-found a strategy consulting boutique built on collaboration for social, economic, and environmental equity. In parallel, I served as a founding member of EY’s Accessibility & Neuroinclusion practice, where I advised Fortune 500 companies on inclusive infrastructure and talent strategy—helping organizations move beyond compliance toward cultures that truly unlock human potential. Today, I am running the operations at Overdrive, an Intelligence Studio reimagining how brands and people work.
