I helped conduct risk assessments for EFAT (Extended Factory Acceptance Testing) procedures, focusing on the Subsea Production Control Systems (SPCS). I evaluated potential issues that could arise during testing, identifying risks related to equipment, software, and safety protocols. I implemented mitigation strategies to reduce these risks, ensuring that all testing phases were executed safely and efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.I helped set up the test environment for both topside and subsea SPCS, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that the configuration and equipment were aligned with the project specifications. I implemented detailed test setups, working with hardware and software components to simulate real-world conditions and accurately assess system performance. I produced the layout and connection of test schematics for topside and subsea SPCS, ensuring that control systems, instrumentation, and communication pathways were correctly mapped out. I implemented these schematics to facilitate smooth execution of tests, allowing the systems to be thoroughly evaluated for functionality and reliability before deployment. I support the troubleshooting of any issues that arose during testing, working closely with other engineers to refine the control systems and ensure they were ready for operational deployment.
