ABOUT RAFAEL HENDERSON
Digital Transformation & Strategy Advisory Director. Currently focused on Cloud solutions for EPM, ERP, SCM & HCM applications enabling organisations to fundamentally change the way they do business for the better. With 23+ years’ experience in both running the business, changing the business and delivering complex change in global programmes across the front to back office. A strong understanding of business and target operating models, the issues and trends facing these organisations and importantly the change impact on systems, processes and their people. Interests and passions include being a public speaking trainer and coach, wild swimming, Hiking/trekking and getting outdoors. Prior to graduation and my \'professional\' career, in early life from the age of 14, over many a summer and weekend, I have been fortunate to have worked in many roles where I feel I have learned valuable life lessons that have influenced my approach to life. Working hard and fun jobs, sometimes both! from slogging back breaking newspaper sacks (that was child exploitation if anything ever was!), to washing dishes, waiting tables, flaring cocktails, to being the maître d\'. From beach life guarding in Wales, to chauffeuring in London, to sales call center worker, to fund raising for charities, to running my own business. All of these and others left out have had a massive positive impact or at the least, have given me many a story or anecdote to tell.
