I’m Rafael Cardenas!The first thing I could say about me is that I\'m very thankful for having an incredible wife, a wonderful baby girl, and doing what I\'m passionate about. Animation. It all started in 2007 when I had the opportunity to win a grant from the National Fund for Culture and the Arts for Abroad Studies (FONCA) to take the Character Animation studies at Vancouver Film School. And, in 2013 I finished my studies at Animation Mentor.Throughout these years, I have had the opportunity to develop animated TV series, commercials, 5 animated short films that have won more than 40 national and international awards, and I was also fortunate to have worked in Canada for MPC Montreal, in blockbuster movies such as Dolittle, Godzilla King of the Monsters, Shazam, XMen Dark Phoenix, Disney\'s The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, etc.Currently, with 13 years of experience, I am working as a Senior Animator at DNEG, Vancovuer.Some projects that I have had the pleasure to work on DNEG (among others) are- The Last of Us- Black Adam- Shazam Fury of the Gods- Moonfall- Venom: Let There Be Carnage- INFINITE- Ghostbusters: Afterlife- Jupiter\'s LegacyThe journey has been amazing, and I\'m eager to do more projects that help me push my skills and entertain people with amazing performances.
