ABOUT RAFAEL YERUSHALMI
I am a final-year Master\'s student in Corporate Finance & Banking at EDHEC Business School in Nice, France, graduating in June 2026.I hold dual French-American citizenship and am fluent in both English and French.I have completed a six-month internship in the Leveraged Finance team at BNP Paribas and a six-month Corporate M&A internship at Sienna Investment Managers, both in Paris. I was also selected to participate in the Goldman Sachs Private Investing Academy in London, where I gained exposure to investment cases across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure.This June, I will be joining Citi\'s Investment Banking Financial Strategy Group in London as a Summer Analyst, focusing on capital structure, valuation, and rating advisory.
