As a Commercial Solutions Manager, I assist and support internal departments by drafting standard/non-standard, complex contracts, managing and facilitating deals for North/Central/South America in different languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish) in a timely manner focusing on quality standards, pricing analysis and approval, risk management for the company, collaborating with different stakeholders and understanding of the customer expectations and needs.In this role, these are some of the activities that I perform- Positively influencing others to adapt when faced with changing business conditions and/or work environment- Building trust, mutual support and understanding with colleagues- Fostering collaboration between business leaders and key players across different departments- Ability to use deep customer understanding to satisfy their needs and coming up with creative solutions to be able to meet them- Demonstrating leadership skills with consistent, clear, honest and genuine behavior, positive values and work practices to promote positive and respectful environment among the team and organization.My personal mission statement:Provide reliable assistance and collaboration with the Sales Organization, strategize and adapt to dynamic business activity and changing environment while proactively planing and taking actions to maintain and improve the customer experience.
