About Rafael Marques
Degree in business administration (Foreign Trade), master of business administration in business management, speak fluently English and Spanish. I have been working since 2008 as trainee in IVECO LATAM supporting international purchasing. As an employee, in 2009, I started in FIAT responsible for the management of projects linked to cost reduction. I was expatriated to China in 2012 living for 7 month ins Shanghai developing opportunities in purchasing department for Fiat Chrysler Automotive. Also was in charge of all projects with India and South Korea. After that, in charge of supplier development at purchasing department until 2016. After 9 years working at Fiat Group i decided to open my own business as an intrapreneur. Nowadays, I\'m Equity partner at V4 Company and Head of operational working with a team of 52 people responsible for almost 90 clientes implementing sales process through internet.
