I lead the global compliance function across IKKB group\'s affiliated entities, reporting directly to the Board and acting as the central authority for regulatory strategy, internal governance, and risk management. My role has been to design and operationalize the full compliance architecture, including the AML/CFT Program, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policy, Treasury and Custody Management Policy, data privacy and LGPD framework, and the Employee Handbook, establishing a unified and enforceable governance system across jurisdictions.I led the regulatory structuring of the business model, defining and implementing the Group’s AML/KYC/KYB frameworks, including onboarding flows, enhanced due diligence procedures, transaction monitoring logic, and suspicious activity escalation protocols. In parallel, I built the company’s privacy and data governance structure under LGPD, including drafting and implementing the Privacy Policy while acting as the designated DPO interface.On the legal and governance side, I have drafted and negotiated key contractual documents, including, inter alia, the Terms of Use governing the platform, vendor agreements and NDAs. Additionally, I have taken on HR-adjacent responsibilities in the absence of a formal HR function, including onboarding compliance, training programs and certification processes.
