As COO, I oversee operational infrastructure powering flexible-term furnished apartments across Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco, with additional availability in Tokyo.My focus areas include executive strategy, OKR development, and organizational leadership across operations, customer experience, leasing, and partnerships. I have guided the company through multiple pivots and reorganizations, launched new markets, and driven process improvements that directly impact EBITDA.Before Anyplace, I led bilingual customer experience teams at HotelTonight, where I drove measurable gains in satisfaction scores and operational efficiency through data-driven feedback analysis.My academic foundation includes a BA and MS in Psychology (Counseling concentration) plus Life and Executive Coach training. This background in human behavior informs how I build teams, develop talent, and approach customer experience strategy.When I am not optimizing operations, I am usually spending time with my husband and Lola (our shih tzu), traveling, reading, taking online courses, or tending to my plants.
