The Trading Partner Finance Intercompany Tracking (ICT) team is responsible for tracking and eliminating intercompany profit as well as generating statutory information for the consolidated group accounts. The team provide a global service working across Commercial & Manufacturing entity teams, Corporate Finance and Trading Partner Finance. The ICT system, used to track inter-company profit through the supply chain, has a significant impact on the integrity of GSK Reported results at Group and Company level, with a value of inter-company profit in the region of £18bn.My deliverables are to complete, accurate and compliant reporting through the monthly ICT month end reporting process. This includes the responsibility as global custodian of the actuals process, ensuring full compliance with GSK finance policies and Sarbox controls. I manage and oversee the work of various reporting analysts and/or BPO outsourced team members, and deputize the functions of the ICT Data and Reporting Director when required. Key Responsibilities:* Deliver Inter-company Profit reporting process; coordinate with Corporate Reporting on period-end consolidation.* Review and approve entries by global entities; support audit trail and enhance change governance.* Review and analyze Inter-company Clearing Account; resolve reporting errors with global Companies and Corporate Reporting.* Ensure compliance with controls framework.* Manage ICT impact of trade route network changes; ensure accurate ICT reporting in group and local entity accounts.* Lead and develop the ICT reporting analysts and outsourced BPO team (Genpact).* Collaborate with ICT GPO team to improve process and system; resolve functionality and data issues.*Championing a continuous improvement culture across the supply chain finance organisation, oriented to simplify and drive excellence in the user experience, by building strong finance capabilities, through the use of the latest technology.
