I began my career as a Senior UX Designer focused on shaping products with intention, clarity, and empathy. I specialized in simplifying complexity, building systems that scale, and creating experiences that support both users and the teams behind them. My approach blended research, product strategy, visual design, and design operations into a practice centered on clarity and measurable outcomes.As I partnered with teams and mentored designers, I kept seeing the same challenge. Talented people were not struggling because they lacked skill. They were struggling because they lacked guidance, community, and a place to grow their craft with confidence. Designers were creating in isolation, feeling unsure about their portfolios, and unsure how to position themselves in a crowded industry.That realization became the beginning of a new chapter.I founded Proud Share to create the kind of environment I wished existed earlier in my own career. Proud Share is a design community and cohort program focused on helping designers strengthen their portfolios, refine their storytelling, improve their craft, and build the confidence to share their work publicly. It offers structure, accountability, and honest feedback, all within a supportive and growth-focused space.My vision is to raise the standard of design by helping designers step into their potential, build work they are proud of, and connect with others who are committed to growth.Today, my work spans UX design, product thinking, community leadership, and professional development. I care deeply about thoughtful products, strong systems, and environments where people can do their best work. The system gives users a holistic view of each family\'s journey by providing a centralized hub for tracking family interactions, milestones, and needs.Key Responsibilities:Spearheaded user research to inform critical design decisions, improving product usability and user satisfaction.Created wireframes and prototypes to visually communicate design solutions that balance value, feasibility, and viability.
