For the launch of Let it Swing, I wore many different hats - all 20s themed. Strategic leadership: Helped develop the business model that allowed dozens of dance instructors to continue offering dance classes during the pandemic lockdown.Product & Platform Design: Worked with the technical team to design, launch and continue to support the heart of this digital-first dance school, the LetItSwing.tv website. An all-in-one platform for swing dancing. Offering classes as on-demand video packages, live online during pandemic lockdowns and offline. The website now offers a full ticketing system for events.Operational management: From managing partners like UrbanSportsClub to making sure all the online and offline classes were running smoothly, I was involved in every step of the journey to establish Let It Swing as a recognisable and trusted name in the Berlin dance scene. Marketing & Growth: Advising and helping to develop omni-channel marketing strategies including SEO, social media campaigns and email marketing. Oversaw an increase in brand awareness and potential students reached from 0 to in one year.Key achievement: Established Let It Swing as a recognised brand in Berlin\'s swing dance community, bridging the digital and physical dance education ecosystems, and helping dance teachers continue to make a living when the entire industry ground to a halt.
