Work with 81 unique sponsors to activate all elements of sponsor contracts at multiple different sponsorship levels for every public event we organize. Events include- Mandan Rodeo Days- Bismarck Marathon- Bismarck Food Truck Festival - Depot events such as Jump and Jam, Rumble at the Depot, and concertsExamples of activations include- Signage - Sandboxes for children to play in- Writing PA announcements- Reserving and providing tickets and drink vouchers directly to the sponsor- GiveawaysWrite agreements for sponsors to include all terms of the sponsorship, including activations, price, and period. Create invoices, send them to the sponsor, and ensure all money has been collected. Create recaps for every sponsor after each event to highlight event attendance and analytics, and showcase sponsors\' activation elements. Brainstorm and create ideas for naming rights, promotional items, and sponsor benefits at each event.
