Act as a liaison between the company and influencers, ensuring all ambassador content aligns with brand messaging and sponsorship agreements.Lead the brand ambassador program, providing creators with campaign direction, content guidelines, and support throughout their partnership.Manage and execute content strategies for multiple branded social media accounts, tailored by platform to boost engagement, reach, and brand visibility.Develop and track marketing insights across all accounts, analyzing performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize content.Create monthly reports summarizing KPIs like impressions, reach, shares, saves, link clicks, and CTR to measure success and guide future campaigns.Coordinate influencer outreach, maintain long-term partnerships, and help ambassadors grow their personal brand while promoting the company.Collaborate with internal teams to align social content and influencer campaigns with leasing efforts, events, and broader marketing objectives.
