Works with Sales & Product Development to schedule work orders and other related production activities to meet sales demand. • Create MPS report. Capacity planning, production planning & scheduling. • Design and plan new production work centers, and continuously improve existing work centers to maximize production quality, efficiency and output • Identify and initiate machinery repairs, upgrades, additions and replacements to ensure continued production and minimal downtime with Maintenance department • Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations • Setting productivity goals and other KPIs for each production work center team • Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
