   Serve as the Principal Cyber Security Expert, Cyber Governance Lead and Delivery Manager on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) Program. Assigned to the Group C and Group F supporting CDM activities at Department of Justice, Department of State, Department of Commerce, USAID, Federal Communications Commission, Department of Labor, Tennessee Valley Authority and the 75+ Non CFO Act Small and Micro Agencies where we deployed cloud based CDM capabilities: • Served as the Agency Core Team Lead for DEFEND F– Lead a group successfully managed the deployment of CDM tools (Qualys, Tenable and Crowdstrike) to the DEFEND F Operational agencies and transitioned agencies onto a cloud based Shared Service Platform. • Served as the Stakeholder Engagement and Training Lead for DEFEND F – Lead the effort to ensure that agency users had exceptional user experience with CDM. • Served as the Cyber Governance Lead for DEFEND F – Served as Cyber Governance SME working with agencies to integrate CMD tools and services into their Information Security Continuous Monitoring Programs.
