   rekoop is a dream that began around 2019 and started taking shape as a very limited side hustle in 2023. I\'m currently advancing this dream amidst a career transition, preparing to serve more clients and leaning into project work I find fulfilling, like nonprofit and corporate social impact consulting, while I carefully grow my caseload. As a private therapist I\'m passionate about bringing our nervous systems back to healthy functioning and addressing trauma through cultural humility and somatic psychotherapy. I am beginning to offer evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Yoga Nidra, IFS, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Through rekoop, I also love facilitating community-based meditation workshops with groups, providing MSW students field supervision, and am helping build organizational capacities for social impact through project-based consulting.
