Designed their quality assurance guidelines and practices from scratch. Collaborated with stakeholders to build quality into each build. This included conducting risk assessments, building test strategies, implementing automation, and building quality relationships with the business owners. • Established white and black box, unit testing, user acceptance testing and automation testing into the overall process to create an overall comprehensive solution. • Implemented metrics using Katalon TestOps for transparency for the partners and IT team. • Partner with the development board in planning the iteration for the QA process. • initiated the 80/20 rule. I also devised a bug management solution and prioritization • Interpret user stories and collaborate with stakeholders to make necessary enhancements as needed. • Write test plan, identify testing opportunities, design/create/run the test plans, and report findings to the Dev team while partnering to execute projects. • Oversee application development by assessing business needs, refining and developing requirements, managing the new T7 template project, delivering comprehensive test plans, developing Katalon and selenium IDE testing scripts, building quality into each release, using the demo and retrospective findings, and applying lessons learned to the next software release. • Establish quality assurance policies and procedures, and create and enhance requirements into workable user stories for the new template and feature releases. • Managed the new template project launch and partnered with IT and business teams to improve communication, user stories, and the delivery of quality features on time.
