ABOUT RAECHELLE MUNNA
I am a corporate and securities lawyer for Entergy, a Fortune 500 utility company headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana. I lead Entergy\'s Corporate & Securities legal group, advise our Investor Relations, External Reporting, Treasury, Corporate Development and Sustainability teams primarily on corporate and securities matters, corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, and sustainability strategy and disclosure. I have also participated in several cross-functional teams, including those relating to disclosures, enterprise risk management, climate strategy, organizational health, talent management, and artificial intelligence. In 2019 and 2020, I served as the chair of Entergy\'s largest employee resource group, the Generational ERG. With over 900 members, the GERG\'s mission is to develop and empower employees through education, projects and initiatives to help Entergy successfully navigate the changing age demographics of the workforce. In 2022 and 2023, I served as chair of Entergy\'s Leadership ERG, whose mission is to develop and inspire current and future Entergy leaders by providing an employee-driven forum for mentorship, support and professional growth. In essence, we help develop leaders. Membership in the LeadERG quadrupled to over 615 members since late 2021. In July 2023, the LeadERG was nationally recognized by Talent Dimensions and the Global ERG Network when it placed #2 in the Top 25 ERG award category.
