ABOUT RAECHEL GILBERT-PIERCE

The Story Behind Raechel & Rael Thymes… Raechel has worked as a nurse 🩺 for 10 years with the majority of her experience being caring for special needs adults and children in the home-setting, but she has also worked in a variety of settings including mental health, assisted living, and outpatient clinic settings. Raechel also had the opportunity to train nursing assistants. Raechel is passionate about spreading awareness, education and healing through words and services. She wants to show people that they deserve more quality of life. They CAN incorporate wellness into their lives without focusing on only strict limitations or restrictions. Raechel wants people to feel heard, understood, and like they matter. Raechel wants people to take simple steps toward ADDING wellness to their lives with healthier foods, movement, She wants people to find the resources they need to start living their best lives. Through her own health challenges, she learned that wellness is so much more than “just taking a pill” or “managing symptoms.” Raechel wanted more out of life for herself and her patients! People deserve to live their best quality of life! She became passionate about incorporating lifestyle medicine and holistic modalities into her life. 🧘‍ 🥑 Raechel decided to pivot her career and start her own health writing and poetry business in the Summer of 2023. It was time to combine my passions of wellness and writing! This has evolved into also wanting to combine wellness services to bring wellness to the people. She is available for wellness workshops or corporate events to discuss a variety of topics including: yoga, Reiki, movement/exercise, meditation, deep breathing, self-care and more! She is also available for yoga classes, Reiki sessions, animal Reiki, 1-1 yoga sessions, and online classes. Raechel is available for health content writing and copywriting needs focusing on holistic health, wellness, exercise, lifestyle medicine, whole foods/nutrition, health advocacy and more! I help these organizations reach, educate, and spread awareness of their services and grow their business!
