Hi, I am Rachel Coronado, aka “Rae!” I bring over 35 years of experience including leadership, management, training/development, interpersonal, and dyadic communication skills with the ability to forge strong professional relationships. I assumed the role of Army Recruiter in 2014 and was then promoted to Recruiting Station Commander in 2015. Here, I spearhead management of overall staffing operations and processes in compliance with organizational HR policies to attain diversified targets and goals. My main function is to steer marketing activities by crafting communication and promotional plans while utilizing recruitment tools to attract required pool of candidates.
