She currently serves as the HUD Listing Broker for the M&M Contractor: A Team Realty, managing the listing and sales of HUD homes located throughout western Tennessee while also serving as a Property Manager, the VP of REO Operations of The Carter Group Realtors & the Qualifying Broker of The Carter Group Realtors, Alabama. Rae Ann has provided extensive on-site and online task productivity for her REO clients. Regardless of the requirements, she ensures each one receives dedicated services necessary to meet the exacting demands of each of these diverse clients. Her highly skilled team consists of a full time administrative coordinator, a buyer’s agent, a BPO production assistant, and a marketing administrator. Additionally, Rae Ann has invested countless hours helping to build the success of other real estate agents through her service as a past Tennessee Master Broker for NRBA.
