WORK HISTORY
Coach & Facilitator @Up Front
I work as a coach & facilitator with individuals, teams & organisations to help them to perform & lead at their best by getting clear about purpose, developing self awareness & maximising presence in person & virtually too.I like to get alongside clients, developing rapport & working peer to peer to add the most value before & during an intervention. My approach is high on both support & challenge to achieve the best possible outcomes. Whilst the intent is usually serious I like to have fun along the way knowing that people can be stretched beyond their comfort zones when they feel relaxed & able to trust. I\'ve had the privilege of working with brilliant clients including; NHS, Sage Gateshead, Manchester University, Com Laude, Berghaus, Greggs, The Princes Trust, Northstar Ventures, Nigel Wright, The Church of England, RED Engineering, Northumberland National Park. For more about how I can help with presentation skills specifically please visit upfrontpresenting.co.uk to discover more

ABOUT RAE GAUKROGER
So you’ve been asked to deliver a presentation … how do you feel? It could be as part of your weekly team update, at an interview, at a pitch to win work, in the boardroom or even on the big stage as a keynote speaker. You’re excited… well sort of, but mainly you’ve got 101 questions buzzing through your mind … what will I say? what if my mind goes blank? I’m nervous but I don’t want to show it? I want to speak with real presence & impact but I don’t know how. You’re not alone, public speaking is often noted alongside death as the number 1 thing people fear … it’s even got its own special word to describe it … glossophobia. It’s easy to think that some people are just born natural presenters & that’s just not true! The good news is that presenting is a skill that can be learned & developed. Everyone has room for growth. So whether you’re a seasoned presenter or a nervous newbie, you can deliver brilliant presentations that will boost your credibility, get you that job offer, see your ideas accepted & achieve the impact you’re aiming for whether that’s in the real or virtual world.I first started training presentation skills over 30 years ago. I love building the knowledge, skills & confidence of clients so they can be the very best version of themselves with total authenticity whether they’re aim is to inform, persuade or inspire. For me it’s all about connection & not perfection. Without fail my clients feel liberated & full of confidence and when our work is done they’re actively looking for opportunities to speak rather than avoiding them. So if you’re ready to step out of the shadows, shake off the nerves and become the presenter you’ve always wanted to be I’d love to hear from you!Unique skillset; Qualified coach, MBTI Step I & II, NLP Practitioner, Presence trained by Patsy Rodenburg OBE, qualified yoga teacher.
