My research and teaching interests are currently focused on automated driving,(secure) car-2-x communication, Internet-based telemetic services, and simulation for cooperative mobile applications.My references include projects with industry partners such as Daimler AG and Deutsche Telekom AG (Mobile Car Service Platform, VSimRTI Simulation Environment, Pervasive Gaming, Online Community Life) as well as national and international research projects for the German Ministry of Education and Research (simTD, SI-KUZ) and the EU (DRIVE C2X, FOT-Net, PRE-DRIVE C2X, OVERSEE, and more).
