OVERVIEW: Asked by the VP Corporate Controller to join and organize the planning and execution of a new profitability program. Co-direct program design, goal setting, program initiation, and team building activities. Report to the Record-to-Report (R2R) Value Stream Owner. Contribute to the development of a $5M annual budget for a 2-year program HIGHLIGHTS: Co-led the design, implementation, and change management for a new P&L in Schlumberger’s primary SAP ERP – with a focus on 1% to 2% EBIT improvement and goal to improve margins and change behaviors by providing visibility and profitability elements (at appropriate granularity with actionable insights) Achieved successful go-live of the prototype for the Reservoir Performance division. Deployment continues with a focus on quality of input data and an engagement plan of all functions down to operations
