Accountable for effectively planning, directing, and coordinating all activities related to Capital Assets, mange the life cycle of equipment, budget and capital expenditures for new equipment. Manage daily operations of the physical building(s) through eBase operations management, responsible for managing staff, budgets, and subcontractors, as well as negotiating contracts and participating in overseeing projects.Reporting to the operations director and working closely with senior management to develop strategies to position the organization in the future by anticipating and acting on trends. Develops and sustains an environment where ideas are freely shared, multiple perspectives are sought, appropriate risks are encouraged, and employees are committed to providing quality service.
