Provide Lv 3/4 support for 150+(USA/Canada) serving as an escalation point for junior techs and ensuring SLA adherence via Jira. • Led vendor management, contract negotiation, SaaS procurement, and onboarding/training for new systems and tools.• Create/maintain Python/Bash Scripts: to automate IT operations, including auditing, MDM workflows, and user provisioning.• Administer/secure SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, AWS, GCP, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Okta, etc. • Implement/manage application integrations using SSO, SAML, SCIM, and OAuth. • Own Identity and Access Management across Google Workspace, Azure AD, AWS, GCP, and other SaaS platforms.• Establish & manage vendor management relationships for apps, services & office moves.• Oversee IT lifecycle including hardware deployment, onboarding/offboarding, and day-one technology readiness for new hires. • Secure and manage Mac and Windows environments using CrowdStrike; monitored on-prem infrastructure using Ubiquiti.• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs and growth objectives. • Document IT processes and standards in Confluence and delivered projects in two-week sprints using Jira Kanban.Successfully implemented the following IT tooling & practices org wide:• Kandji & Intune — Implemented Mobile Device Management (MDM) to manage our Mac and Windows fleet. • Crowdstrike — Implemented as our primary Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) to protect devices. • IAM — Implemented Identity Access Management SOP’s for access/license requests & connected various apps via SSO/SAML/SCIM. • Allwhere — Established as our primary asset / lifecycle management vendor, reducing logistics spend. • CDW — Established as our primary procurement vendor for all Software/Hardware/services, reducing company cost spend.
