Having built a career that spans the evolution of digital design, I’m deeply passionate about using design to make meaningful connections between people and the products they rely on. Together, we’ve reimagined the renter journey, shaping not just the interface but the entire experience of how millions search, compare, and connect with their next home. I’ve worked to evolve the design process itself, embedding design thinking across teams, championing collaboration, and elevating the role of design as a catalyst for innovation and growth.Before joining Apartments.com, I founded Radium Interactive, a UX design consultancy where I helped clients across retail, technology, and finance bring their ideas to life online. My focus was always on crafting experiences that were as beautiful as they were functional, blending strategy, storytelling, and usability to create work that inspired action.Earlier in my career, I led creative and design efforts for some of the world’s most recognized brands in fashion, retail, technology, and finance. The world-class digital experiences I helped create during those years continue to fuel my belief that design, done well, can shape how people see and engage with the world.
