Ensure company compliance with DOT regulations and driver compliance with company policy and federal regulations- Oversee driver recruiting, hiring and retention, and compliance Training- Design and direct safety training, skills training, proper job instruction, new employee orientation- Drafting detailed safety policies and procedures- Manage DOT Drug & Alcohol Program, D&A Clearinghouse queries, pre-employment, post-accident, and random testing ensuring fleet testing percentages are met- Manage and maintain Driver Qualification file to include all accidents, violations, citations, and inspection reports- Conducting of inspections and set up of drivers, company equipment and contractor’s vehicles- ELD administration and support (Motive ex. KeepTruckin)- All Pro Transport alerts monitoring- Network fleet speed monitoring and response- Equipment maintenance monitoring and filing- Manage and maintain vehicle permitting by state- Manage vehicle licensing, IRP, titling, renewals, and permitting (UCR, IFTA, etc.)- Claims & accidents managing, investigating the cause of accidents, and providing accident prevention solutions- Carrying out all administrative duties associated with the role
