Designed flows to handle new, duplicate, unknown, and restricted app requests, reducing wait times from 25+ minutes to seconds and saving over 118 employee hours and 24 IT Helpdesk hours monthly- Enhanced the Glean AI agent in “Perf,” Pinterest’s AI-driven performance review tool used by 3.8k+ employees. Improved coverage, recency, and impact of accomplishment summaries by implementing role-specific document retrieval, recency boosting, and multi-prompt response completion, leading to more accurate, relevant insights and reduced manual search effort- Built an AI-powered meeting action extractor during an internal hackathon that parsed Google Meet transcripts into auto-generated Jira tickets with assigned owners and deadlines, streamlining workflows and minimizing post-meeting tracking overhead.
