Ltd.(Shobiz Havas), a leading experiential marketing agency and part of the global Havas Creative group. As the Head - HR, I lead the HR operations, people policies and benefits administration, HR digitization, compensation and payroll compliance, and integration with Havas Creative group. I also facilitate audit compliance, HR analytics, and cross-functional business initiatives, pertaining to restructuring and retention.
