The knowledge that we share is valuable in a long run.In my role as business analyst with over 5+ years of professional experience, I directly communicate with the Client and gather details of the requirement. I use my experience to reengineer the process and improve it to make the business effective and efficient. My expertise in written and verbal communication helps me in developing an effective business solution as per the requirement of the client.With my knowledge and experience, I develop a detailed system design of the client process. In my role as a BA, the major job skills required are client coordination and documentation of the requirements as per client requirement.I started working as a BA in a KPO and then proceeded in the same role working for multiple IT companies. My job profile involves preparing training materials, PPTs, wireframes, excels sheets, work breakdown structure, BRDs, SRS, design document and many more level of documents.Communication with the client and other internal teams are the key to being a BA. I provide solutions and suggestions to the client based on their requirement. The requirement can be single lined or detailed, and i provide solutions after extensive research on the domain. I also have to ask many questions and if required create a questionnaire to successfully capture the client requirements. One of the main tasks in the job profile is to communicate effectively with the internal teams by conducting multiple meetings during different phases of the project to ensure smooth flow of client requirement.
