With over 6 years of experience in finance, data analysis, and planning, I am passionate about helping businesses achieve their financial goals and optimize their performance. As a Category Business Planner at Canadian Tire, I manage the integrated planning process for Home Décor and Organization, a $450M+ revenue line of business. I leverage my skills in data analysis, financial forecasting, and Microsoft Power BI to create and monitor weekly targets, identify key business trends, and recommend actions to improve the financial outcomes of the LOB. I managed the forecasting of 6500 SKUs of Light Auto Parts, a $380M+ revenue category, and achieved an average POS forecast accuracy of 98.7% in Q3, 2022. I also redesigned tools to capture demand fluctuations, potential inventory stock out, and standing order concerns, and developed a post promo audit process to monitor product performance on deals. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of the demand plans.
