Being a Principal Consultant responsible for end to end project implementation, we need to prioritise the User\'s stories and their actual pains and on that basis consulting them with best business solutions and maintaining communication threads between every concerned stakeholder, Raise every concern and user stories to help in product development, and smooth delivery. We need to work cross functionally across the team for better communication and project progress tracking. Working closely with Project Managers to understand the prospects challenges and how we can provide them with better solutions. To ease their process and guide them to get maximum utilisation from our product.Key Responsibilities:* Understanding the Different business HR/ Organisational process based on them providing the Product Demo\'s to their leadership team and CXO\'s, CHRO\'s, Directors.* Implementing HCM Modules for Mid and Large Size Clients according to client requirements and giving product workshops/training to the end users.* Work closely with Prospects Admin and operations team to understand their deep process and functions.
