   Minute Clinic’s Checkin Flow: As a Product Owner for CVS’s Minute Clinic Pre-checkin experience, helped deliver patient facing products that were built from scratch that are currently being used seamlessly by over 3.3 million users. This includes the authentication process and multiple consents that need to be maintained for patients, introduction of QR code for easier mobile pre-checkin and checkin. We saw a tremendous increase in last six months in clickthrough rate from 76% to 81% and in Conversion rate from 86% to 90%. More than 190K + credit cards and 1.2M insurance cards are captured YTD. COVID-19 Flow: Formerly worked on COVID-19 team to help create a seamless testing experience for employees of companies, testing at school locations and event as well as Cruise testing. Role: On both teams, my role involved writing detailed user stories, co-ordinate with Design, Analytics, Dev, QA and cross teams/cross trains to ensure our timelines were met and we were able to deliver our products based on Product Vision goals and KPIs. I also took upon myself the role of a Mentor for within and outside team members that were looking for advice/mentorship in turn creating some wonderful co-worker rapport and building trust.
